Our next general meeting we will be watching the movie "The Singing Revolution."

We will also be viewing forms of non-violent protest in the fantastic film "The Singing Revolution" 1987 and 1991 that led to the restoration of the independence of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In addition, we will have a quick talk and ask questions about non-violent and violent protests and their success as well as reasons in terms of their timing, cultural environment, and the countries or reforms and ⋯⋯ demands. We can look to the recent CRIMETHINC and Chris Hedges debate so it's recommended for you to view this beforehand if you'd like.
